My services include supporting individuals or groups who may have been exposed to trauma either personally or in the workplace, which may include addiction, supporting a family member with an addiction, loss, bereavement, anxiety, sexual harassment, stress or needing support with a conflict situation in the workplace or home. I have many years of experience working in corporate environments, understanding the impact of workplace stressors, navigating life changes during adolescence to challenges with parenting, including those associated with ageing. I facilitate workshops on a range of psychoeducational topics, including enabling growth in skills on work/life balance, managing difficult conversations and building confidence and self awareness as well as offering EAP/Wellness services. My approach is to support you in a way which enables you to firstly, feel comfortable having sought counselling and to enable you to feel motivated to work through your challenge. I work with you to to provide you/your significant other/s with helpful coping skills. Together with you, I focus on your strengths, and enable you to find solutions which you are comfortable with. I offer face to face counselling and on-line.
