I am privileged to have been a social worker and to have worked in a range of fields over a 40 year career span.
My experience both in private practice and in the NGO sector has focussed on the well being of individuals ,couples and families from the cradle through of all of life's transitions to death and offering loss , grief and bereavement counselling to those left behind.
I have walked alongside many people who have faced challenges in their lives and seen them draw on a resilience they never knew they had to enable them to go further.
In addition to counselling I also feel passionate about mentoring , supervising and consulting with colleagues so that I can pass on and share the legacy that I have accumulated.
Training various courses in areas of bereavement, loss and grief in the corporate environment is another interest and is also a way of sharing my skills, knowledge and expertise.
