Baby Mogane-Ramahotswa is a confident and capable, empathic, and experienced in different fields of social work practice including children, adults, families, married couples, groups, individuals and community. She has more than 30 years’ experience in social work predominantly focusing on community outreach, development and group therapy in engaging key stakeholders at different levels of project development and implementation; workplace conflict resolution; mentoring, couching and workplace capacity building; individual counselling and support; grief recovery counselling; marriage and relationship counselling; social and institutional facilitation; public and community participation; and needs analysis and social impact assessments. Baby has fulfilled these functions first as an employee, in her capacity as a consultant and through voluntary service to communities she lived in and church throughout her career life.
Her experience, coupled with her strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, support her ability to create an inclusive environment, while managing expectations and setting parameters, for all clients. Her verbal and written ability to communicate at all levels – from face-to-face counselling, from boardroom to building site, from cabinet to community – is a further strength and an invaluable asset to her clients.
